Adult Services

At Homeless Healthcare, we understand that health and housing are closely connected. For people experiencing homelessness, sleeping rough, couch surfing, living in temporary accommodation, or at risk of homelessness, accessing healthcare can be incredibly difficult.

Our Adult Services are designed to remove barriers to care and provide compassionate, trauma-informed healthcare wherever people are on their journey.

Whether you are living on the streets, recovering from illness, transitioning into housing, or seeking ongoing healthcare support, our services provide a pathway to better health, greater stability, and improved wellbeing.

Our Approach

Trauma-Informed. Person-Centred. Holistic.

Homeless Healthcare is Western Australia's largest provider of homelessness-specific primary healthcare services. Our model recognises that improving health outcomes requires more than medical treatment alone.

We work alongside individuals to address:

  • Physical health

  • Mental health

  • Alcohol and other drug concerns

  • Housing stability

  • Social connection and wellbeing

Every service is designed to provide respectful, non-judgemental care that recognises the impact of trauma and the complex realities of homelessness.
